Open enrollment is the time for SERS retirees to review their premiums and benefits for the upcoming plan year. Plan changes, when applicable, can be made during this period.
Open Enrollment for 2026 Has Ended. Fall 2027 will be the next opportunity for eligible benefit recipients to enroll in or cancel dental and vision coverage.
2026/2027 Dental and Vision Plans: Monthly premiums increased but will not change again during the two-year enrollment period. Dental and vision plan benefits remain the same.
Aetna Medicare Plan (PPO): Monthly premiums were reduced by $20 per month for all enrollees. Plan benefits and pharmacy co-pays remain the same.
Aetna Choice POS II and AultCare PPO: Full premiums increased by 3% for Aetna Choice POS II and 4% for AultCare PPO. Benefits and pharmacy co-pays remain the same.
SERS Marketplace Wraparound HRA: The HRA limit increased to $2,200 per family per calendar year, up from $2,150.
